This policy explains how Noor ERP ("we") handles personal data you submit through noor-erp.com.
What we collect
- Consultation and project forms: name, company, email, phone, country, industry, company size, service requested, business challenge and timeline.
- Employer hiring requests: company and contact details and role information.
- CV submissions: name, email, phone, target position, experience, location and your CV file.
- Limited technical data: the page you submitted from, how you reached the site (for example an ad or search engine) and a hashed IP fingerprint used to prevent spam.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and deliver the service you asked for.
- To match candidates with suitable roles.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
CVs
CVs are stored in private, non-public server storage and accessed only by our recruitment team. We never send your CV to an employer before contacting you about the specific role. We keep CVs for up to 12 months and then delete them unless you agree to a longer period.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on our website hosting servers. A copy of business inquiries may be sent to our email and to our customer relationship management (CRM) system. All submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
Cookies
The site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@noor-erp.com.

On-site assistant
The assistant runs entirely in your browser and does not send your questions to any server or third party. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp opens with your message for you to send yourself.
